Why it matters

Bring disconnected OR devices, surgical video and clinical media into one workflow.

Many small and mid-sized operating rooms use independent imaging, control and recording devices with no practical platform to connect them.

01

Fragmented AV Equipment

Endoscopy, field cameras, monitors and room cameras operate independently, making signal routing and display control unnecessarily complex.

02

Disorganized Surgical Media

Videos and screenshots remain on separate devices or USB drives without a consistent patient, procedure or case relationship.

03

Multiple Control Points

Lights, tables, pendants, cameras and media devices may require separate interfaces, increasing complexity for clinical staff.

One central platform

The integration and media-management core of a compact digital OR.

The DM-AIO-K4 connects common surgical video sources, routes them to the right displays, records high-quality media, supports compatible OR device control and keeps captured content associated with the clinical case.

  • Unify video routing, recording, communication and compatible device control.
  • Give clinical users one consistent workflow for preview, capture and retrieval.
  • Build a practical foundation for surgical teaching, documentation and hospital integration.
  • Digitally upgrade a room without the cost and complexity of a large enterprise OR platform.
Flexible deployment

From a mobile control station to an integrated OR wall.

Configure the same platform around the room, available space and clinical workflow. These real installations demonstrate both a compact local workstation and a fixed wall-integrated control environment.

Clinical media workflow

From patient context to PACS—without isolated media.

Keep surgical images connected to the patient and procedure throughout capture, archive and review.

STEP 01

Worklist Query

Retrieve patient and procedure information from the hospital workflow.

STEP 02

Confirm Context

Select the correct patient and case before capture begins.

STEP 03

Capture & Record

Record 4K video and capture key surgical images.

STEP 04

Create DICOM

Frequently asked questions

Planning your OR multimedia system

Is the DM-AIO-K4 a complete digital operating room?

The DM-AIO-K4 is the integration and media-management core of a compact digital OR. A complete solution can be configured with cameras, displays, audio, touch control, compatible OR device control and hospital-system connectivity.

Which video sources can be connected?

Up to four compatible HDMI sources can be connected, including endoscopy systems, surgical field cameras, room cameras, microscopes, C-arms, patient monitors and ultrasound systems.

Does it support DICOM, Worklist and PACS?

Yes. The platform can query patient and procedure information through Worklist, create patient-linked DICOM files and upload them to PACS. Integration is confirmed and configured for each hospital project.

Can it control surgical lights, operating tables and ceiling pendants?

Yes. Compatible devices can be integrated into the unified control interface. Because interfaces and protocols vary by manufacturer and model, project-specific adaptation and protocol development may be required.

Does it support surgical broadcasting and remote communication?

Yes. The system supports live distribution, network streaming and two-way audio/video for teaching, authorized remote observation and collaboration. The workflow and network configuration are confirmed for each project.

What user and security functions are available?

Basic user access control and operation audit logging can be configured for the system. Detailed hospital IT and cybersecurity requirements should be evaluated during project planning.

Can the system be customized?

Yes. Storage, AV interfaces, device control, installation method, peripherals and hospital-system connectivity can be adapted to the project.
